Montessori Lead Guide (Casa 3–6) – Antigua & Barbuda
We are hiring a warm, confident Montessori Lead Guide for our Casa environment. Our program is child-led, calm, respectful, and rooted in Montessori practice with plenty of outdoor/nature-based learning.
Requirements
* Montessori credential: **AMI / AMS / MACTE** (preferred)
* Experience with 3-6 (preferred, not always required for the right fit)
* Strong classroom leadership, parent communication, and record-keeping
