Toddler Lead Guide in Austin, Texas

Athena Montessori Academy, an innovative Montessori school in central Austin, is seeking an AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited institute trained, credentialed, and experienced lead Montessori guide for an established toddler classroom to join our team of supportive guides. Ideal candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ease and confidence with parent communication, several years experience in early childhood education and/or Montessori, a passion for working with toddlers, enjoy working on a collaborative team, and are committed to learning and growing personally and professionally. We are a team that is not afraid of courageous conversations and practice giving and receiving feedback with each other. Minimum Bachelors Degree preferred; Montessori credential and experience required.

Position starts June (summer camp) or August 2021.
