Openings for Toddler Montessori Guides

Montessori Academy is an exceptional place for students, families, and staff and is firmly rooted in the work of Maria Montessori and the scientific pedagogy, nurturing creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit. This is a full-time position working with children ages 18-36 months in a co-teaching classroom. We are seeking a teacher who embraces the Montessori philosophy and exhibits a deep respect for children and a true love of learning.  Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess an undergraduate degree or have at least one year Montessori teaching experience.

Montessori Academy’s faculty guide students’ activities in a fully prepared Montessori environment that challenges each child to reach their full potential.

Our guides maintain a mature, professional relationship with families, students, and staff and prepare the environment by following Montessori best practices. They also participate in activities that contribute to the student’s intellectual, social-emotional development, health, and well-being.

The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to Montessori philosophy, partnership relationships, and collaboration. Applicants must be willing to embrace and exemplify Montessori Academy School’s core values, a growth mindset, and a reflective practice.

Applicants must have certification from a MACTE accredited teacher education program.
