Our peaceful classroom is seeking a certified Montessori guide for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year!
A Growing Place Montessori School offers a unique opportunity to teach and learn in a small, single classroom setting. As a partner teaching school, our guides support each other in the general duties of the classroom, including preparation and care of the environment as well as the presentation of lessons.
Our adults enjoy collaborating to create a rich atmosphere for learning. We pride ourselves on our high quality, authentic Montessori program that educates the whole child. We appreciate the passions and skills that each guide expresses in the classroom. We are successful as a teaching team because we practice open communication, remain rooted in Montessori philosophy, and share a unified vision for the school.

Education Level Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Montessori Teaching Credential Level Required: Primary / Early Childhood

About the Position:
Traditional School Year: September – May
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Our school offers some flexibility in staff scheduling. We can design a custom schedule that meets your personal needs and our professional needs.

COVID-19 Considerations:
We have been open for in-person learning during the pandemic with health precautions in place, including reduced class size, social distancing, increased sanitization, and masks for everyone. We will continue to assess and adapt as time passes.
