Primary and Elementary Montessori Guides in Kansas City, Missouri, US

The Hearth Room is a new school opening in Kansas City on 4 acres of meadow, woods, and pond.  The director is AMI trained from 3-12, and she is guiding the school in an authentic Montessori approach with lots of time outdoors and additional emphases in civics and Bible education.

This is a salaried position, which includes free tuition for two staff children.  Our staff includes daily cleaning persons, so teachers do not have to worry about cleaning at the end of the day.  Currently, we take the summers off.

For the Elementary position, we are open to working with someone who has not yet completed training, but who anticipates attending by Fall 2023.
