Montessori Lead Guide and Montessori Assistant in Los Gatos, California, US
We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Teacher and Montessori Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education settings. Montessori Training and Experience is required.
Duties:
– Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
– Provide support to students in various educational tasks
– Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
– Work with children with diverse needs, including those with autism
– Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging and educational experiences
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
– Experience in toddler care or preschool settings
– Background in early childhood education
– Familiarity with Montessori principles
– Knowledge of special education practices
– Ability to work with children with autism spectrum disorders
– Proficiency in lesson planning and classroom management
Educational Qualifications:
Montessori Training from IMC, AMS or AMI
