LEPORT MONTESSORI, part of the Spring Education Group family of schools, is seeking passionate Montessori educators who guide their students in meaningful work while providing a prepared environment that facilitates student-led learning and freedom with responsibility.
LePort Montessori Solana Beach is currently looking for dedicated and caring individual to be part of our community from 9:00am to 6:00 pm to work with children ages 0-6 years! During your day, you will have the opportunity to guide children in their learning, and build relationships with the children as you assist our Head Teachers throughout the day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensuring the Head Teacher is able to present individualized lessons.
-Knowing and maintaining ratio.
-Assist children with their work.
-Willingness to learn about Montessori pedagogy.
-Provide observational notes to the Head Teacher.
-Receive feedback from staff throughout the day.
-Helping to maintain a prepared environment.
Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday – Friday
Location: 1010 Solana Dr., Del Mar, CA 92014

The Essentials…
Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Complies with all state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development). Must have or is willing to obtain 12 ECE units in compliance with DSS regulations for the state of CA.
