Lower Elementary Lead Guide in Key West, Florida, US

Now hiring for the Lower Elementary Lead Guide position for ages 6-9 (grades 1-3). As a Montessori public charter school, our instructional staff must meet eligibility standards for the position.  Montessori teaching credentials, as well as a Florida Educator’s Certificate in Elementary Education (K-6),  are requirements for the position. Prior experience leading inquisitive students in a Montessori environment is preferred. Above all, respect for self, others, and the environment are essential qualities to function effectively on our team.

The position begins in August 2023. Our typical class size is 22 students.

Compensation
Placement on the salary schedule shall be based on verified years of teaching experience in the field. The base salary for novice Instructional Staff is $56,800.  The school provides supplemental compensation for advanced degrees ($1,800) and Montessori credentials ($1,500).
