Assistant Teacher in Parker, Colorado, US

Parker Montessori is seeking to fill two Assistant Teacher Positions to work with infants up to toddlers. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience working with infants and/or toddlers. Candidates should be passionate about the Montessori philosophy or be open to collaboration with lead teachers in learning the Montessori philosophy. Parker Montessori is a small school located in Parker, CO which holds an AMS Accreditation. Candidates will be working with qualified early childhood teachers. We provide onsite training to get your early childhood education certification and help you build a career in this rewarding field.

Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in fostering a warm, nurturing environment for the children to flourish. Participate and support the lead teacher in guided Montessori learning activities. Assistant teachers will also share the responsibility of cleaning the classroom each day, as well as addressing children’s needs in regards to diaper changes, meal time, etc.
