Job description:  We are thrilled to announce the opening of Coastal Montessori School, a new Montessori learning community dedicated to nurturing curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking passionate, dedicated, and creative educators and staff to join our founding team!

Available Positions:
•    Montessori Certified Lead Teachers (Infant, Toddler, Primary, and Elementary)
•    Assistant Teachers
•    Classroom Aides
•    Administrative Staff
•    Support Staff (including maintenance, food service, and aftercare)
Ideal Candidates:
•    Have a strong passion for Montessori philosophy and child-centered education
•    Hold relevant certifications and/or experience in early childhood or elementary education
•    Demonstrate warmth, patience, and professionalism in every interaction
•    Are collaborative, enthusiastic, and eager to help build a new school community from the ground up
