Are You Qualified?
Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work
with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our

best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare,
retail, and more!
If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
● Bachelor’s Degree Required
● AMS, AMI, IMC, MATC certified or willing to be certified
● 1 year of experience required
● Must meet all DOE requirements
● Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a
willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
● Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and
other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about education is
essential for this role.
