Toddler Lead Teacher in Parker, Colorado, US

Parker Montessori is seeking to fill a Lead Teacher Position to work with toddlers aged 1 1/2-3 years old. Applicants should have certification from a MACTE accredited school. Candidates should be passionate about the Montessori philosophy and open to collaboration with Assistant Teachers and other Lead Teachers. Parker Montessori is a small school located in Parker, CO which holds an AMS Accreditation. Candidates will be working with qualified early childhood teachers. We provide onsite training to get your early childhood education certification and help you build a career in this rewarding field.

Responsibilities:
Fostering a warm, caring environment to help their students flourish. Provide Montessori guided learning activities and support their students with a safe learning environment. Responsibilities will also include caring for the children’s needs, such as diaper changes, mealtime, etc. They will also collaborate with an Assistant Teacher to clean their classroom each day.
