We are seeking an experienced **Toddler Montessori Guide** to join our team. Ideal candidates are warm, collaborative educators who are passionate about Montessori philosophy and dedicated to supporting young children’s development.

Qualifications:

* MACTE-accredited **0–3 Montessori Certification**; 3+ years experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
* Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom materials
* Maintain an organized, engaging Montessori environment

* Participate in school events, meetings, and community activities
* Supervise assistants, substitutes, and volunteers
* Ensure safety and well-being at all times
