Toddler Guide in Hilliard, Ohio, US

Hilliard Montessori is looking for a Toddler guide with a passion for working with young children for our Toddler Classroom. We are a year-round school enrolling children 18 months- 6 years.

Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, timings can be discussed.

Duties and Responsibilities · Providing effective classroom management through coordinating children’s personal care, hygiene, learning activities and positive guidance · Developing effective relationships with parents and providing daily updates on the progress of their child(ren) · Assessing the needs of the classroom and working with the Director to fulfil those needs · Responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe classroom area.

Minimum Qualifications · Montessori certification in Toddler program · 1-year work experience in a Montessori Classroom preferable · Professional demeanor with team player mentality
