Job description:
Vancouver Montessori School is looking to add a Full-Time Toddler Assistant to join our team for the 2022-2023 school year. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about early childhood education and the Montessori philosophy.

Toddler Classroom Assistant shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

We are looking for candidates who:
Enjoy being with 1- and 2-year-olds.
Are consistent and calm.
Are eager to learn from a Montessori-trained lead teacher.
Enjoy detailed preparations of the room for safety and engagement of the children.

The wage range for this position begins at $16.oo per hour. This position is hourly, non-exempt, year-round, and benefit eligible.

All individuals must register with WA State DCYF Merit Background check.
CPR and First aid and 30 hour childcare basic training course required (obtainable upon hire).
