Duties
-This role consists of implementing the HEI Curriculum (Montessori-based) and latest pedagogical research and developing our school’s culture.

-Eating lunch with students to model healthy eating habits and conversation skills

-Spending time outside with our students

Requirements
-We are NOT able to sponsor visas, unless it is through the Chilean free trade agreement.
-Bachelor’s degree in education with 1 year experience
-Excellent oral and written proficiency in Spanish
-Excellent interaction, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as good organizational skills and a systematic approach
-An understanding and a sensitivity for cultural diversity
-A positive attitude and great cooperation skills in your new HEI Family
-A passion for supporting children in finding their own personalities and ways of learning

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
