Position Type: 12- month, Full-Time
Salary Range: $57,000- $63,000, based on experience and training
Shares Responsibilities with: Executive Director
Reports to: Montessori Education Trust (Board of Trustees)
Job Summary
The Montessori School of Charlottesville has been providing Montessori education in the Charlottesville area for over 45 years. Our school community is deeply committed to expanding educational access that transcends lines of class, race, ethnicity, and culture. We are currently seeking a Program Director to work in shared leadership with our Executive Director. We are looking for individuals who will be committed to upholding Montessori philosophy and our school’s culture, while supporting colleagues and families with an emphasis on collaboration and support. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make collaborative, child-centered school management decisions through a Montessori lens.
