Mis Manos Montessori School is seeking a dedicated, joyful, and fully certified Primary Lead Guide to join our close‑knit community in beautiful Oro Valley. We are a small, relationship‑driven school that values respect for the child, purposeful work, and a peaceful, prepared environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead a fully implemented Montessori Primary classroom for children ages 3–6
Prepare and maintain an inspiring, orderly, developmentally aligned environment
Observe, record, and guide each child’s progress with intention and care
Foster strong partnerships with families through communication and collaboration
Mentor and guide classroom assistants
Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture rooted in Montessori principles

What We’re Looking For

AMI, AMS, or MACTE‑accredited Primary (3–6) certification
Experience leading a Montessori Primary classroom (preferred)
Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
A calm, grounded presence and genuine love for working with young children
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Commitment to Montessori philosophy, equity, and respect for the whole child
