We are seeking a warm, thoughtful, compassionate Primary Guide to join our community. You will be sharing your talents with supportive colleagues. Lewis & Clark Montessori School has been serving families since 2008. We are a public charter school, dedicated to making Montessori accessible to all. Our school spans Primary through Middle School. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and AMI Primary Certification, other MACTE accredited trainings will be considered
A deep reserve of patience, generosity, and adaptability
Prefer experience as a Lead Guide (or Assistant), with a reflective understanding and appreciation of Montessori practice and philosophy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and children
Proficiency in a second language is desirable but is not required
