Little Gems Montessori in sunny Cyprus is looking for new staff members from September 2024. We are looking for passionate, reflecting Montessorians who look to do better. At Little Gems Montessori we have a hunger for growth, to continue learning as educators as we want to equip children with a thirst for learning. Lead Teacher Requirements:
•       Montessori diploma.
•       A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is seen as an advantage.
•       Experience working with children.
•       Passion for the Montessori philosophy; excellence in communicating its philosophy to parents and community.
•       Genuine warmth and love for guiding children (and their families).
•       Preference is given to candidates with a well-written, inspiring cover letter.
•       The applicant must be fluent in English.
•       Greek language skills are seen as an advantage.

Assistant Teacher Requirements:
•       College Diploma for teaching 2-3+ years old children (or equivalent).
•       Prior Montessori experience is beneficial but not required.
•       Fluent in English.
•       Knowledge of Greek is seen as an advantage.
