The Progressive Montessori Academy is a small community oriented school North East of Markham. We have a wonderful student, parent and staff body and work as a close knit family.

 

We are looking for:

 

1)             A full time Casa teacher. Candidate must have:

 

• A diploma from a MACTE accredited training centre
• Up to date immunization
• Current police vulnerable sector check
• Certification in Standard first aid, including Infant & Child CPR – level C
• Must have strong leadership and organizational skills
• Must be able to plan and implement an age appropriate Montessori environment
• Must be able to work well in a team, while playing the lead
• Must be able to assist and supervise, assistant teachers, supply staff and volunteers
