Located in beautiful Bucks County, PA, Neshaminy Montessori has inspired educational excellence,

We are a private, not for profit school seeking an experienced, dedicated, and well-organized Full-time
Lower Elementary Teacher for the 22-23 school year to complement our team.
The position requires having a bachelor’s degree, as well as Montessori Early Childhood certification
from MACTE- accredited program. Our ideal candidate will have a love of teaching and working with
young children, classroom teaching experience, and a true passion for the Montessori philosophy. We are
looking for someone who is self-guided, yet works well as a team player and collaborator, and someone
who will be able to seamlessly transition into our established school community.
Position Summary:
 Reports to the Head of School
 Coordinates all content and instruction with the Director of Montessori Education
 Brings positivity, enthusiasm and joy every day
 Is thoughtful, nurturing, and conscientious
 Excels both with verbal and written communication skills
 Possesses leadership qualities, and a passion for education
 Is punctual and reliable
 Keeps classroom clean, tidy, and organized
 Demonstrates knowledge of content and pedagogy, knowledge of Pennsylvania’s Academic
Standards and a sound understanding of how to prepare, direct and guide instruction to early
elementary students
 Fulfills all duties assigned and abide by policies as outlined in our staff offer letter
Applicant must meet or exceed:
 A Bachelor’s Degree or higher
 Meet all PA State standards of Department of Education and DHS
 All State clearances
 Two letters of reference
