Lower Elementary Lead Teacher in Mesa, Arizona, US
Lehi Montessori is a Montessori K-6 Private school. The Lehi Montessori building was established in 1991 as a place of learning. It is our mission, through the Montessori method, to meet the individual needs of all our students. We are committed to helping children develop leadership skills, self-discipline, responsibility, independence, and a love of learning. Our school operates Monday through Thursday from 8:30am – 3:30pm observing all major holidays. School is in session from August to May with breaks in October and March. Job Description
Guide is expected to be on campus Monday – Thursday from 8:00am – 4:00pm
Base pay is $34,000
Qualifications
Montessori elementary diploma or Primary diploma and willingness to complete lower elementary certification within two years of employment.
Current Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
Previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting
Experience collaborating and working as a teacher
Enthusiasm and commitment to our vision and mission
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree
Additional experience/training in special education, music, art, and/or physical education is a plus
