We are seeking a Lead Primary Teacher who will thoughtfully prepare the environment, gently guide each child, and serve as a steady, respectful presence in the classroom. This role is both a responsibility and a calling—supporting the development of the whole child while fostering a peaceful and purposeful community.

Requirements:
Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS,  IMC, MACTE, or Louisiana Montessori Association approved program)
Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
