Your Role
We are seeking a Montessori-trained Lead Teacher who is passionate about guiding children within an authentic Montessori environment by observing, supporting, and fostering independence.

This is a role for an educator who values:

• Building meaningful relationships with children and families

Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain an authentic Montessori environment
• Guide students through individualized learning experiences
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s development
• Foster independence, confidence, and intrinsic motivation
• Collaborate with assistants and leadership to maintain consistency
• Build strong, professional relationships with families
• Uphold Montessori philosophy in daily practice

Qualifications
• Montessori Certification (required for Lead Teacher)
• Experience in a Montessori environment
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development
• Ability to create a calm, structured, and respectful environment
• Reliable, collaborative, and committed to consistency
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults
