Willow Oak Montessori is a collaborative community of professionals passionate about engaging every child in an inspirational and equitable individualized learning journey. As a member of the Willow Oak Montessori leadership team, the director will be a part of a closely collaborative team of guides in a program that strongly follows the Montessori philosophy and tenets of a Montessori Adolescent Program. They will work to provide an environment that responds to the needs of adolescents and supports their development. The Program Director will co-create a program that aligns with Willow Oak Montessori’s mission, vision, and values. Adults and students function as a community of learners in an atmosphere of mutual respect and support. The Program Director will keep current on best practices used in established and successful Montessori adolescent programs.
Special qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, Valid Montessori Certificate from a MACTE-accredited training program & Willingness to complete an approved Montessori Adolescent Program Training Overview
