Village Montessori, a private inclusive Montessori nestled in the heart of Camana Bay catering to students ages 18 months to 12 years old, is seeking the following positions:

Casa Montessori Guide to join our Casa Program (ages 3-6 years). We are looking for an experienced and nurturing Casa Montessori Guide to join our team. The Guide must be warm, nurturing, patient and flexible who is accustomed to working with toddlers and young children, who are still learning to communicate and find their educational path.

Salary range for the teaching positions with the above qualifications is CI $40,000 to CI $52,000 per annum.

Qualifications
Applicants must have a Montessori Certification from AMI, AMS, CGMS or MACTE and hold a BA in Education or similar.
The completion of a full three-year cycle in a Casa classroom.
Outstanding Classroom Management skills and be able to supervise a three-year age span of children effectively.
Experience and knowledge in Social and Emotional Learning.
Skills and experience in providing a positive and nurturing learning experience to neurodiverse students with different learning capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Professional, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent record keeping skills and lesson planning skills.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Montessori teachers to ensure the Cayman National Curriculum is integrated with Montessori.
Work with fellow teachers to ensure each child is supported and developing with school guidelines.
Develop weekly lesson plans and prepare materials.
Supervise children in class, on the playground and in after school activities.
Work with fellow teachers and Principal to ensure children are meeting international standards through standardized testing sources.
