Hudson Valley Montessori School is looking for a passionate and experienced Upper Elementary Montessori Guide to join our team beginning in August 2026. This position offers the opportunity to deliver a genuine Montessori education within a thriving independent school environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to children and Montessori philosophy, strong organizational abilities, a positive and proactive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and creative problem-solving skills. Applicants should hold an Upper Elementary Montessori certification or be actively pursuing certification through an accredited training program, while in good standing.

Located in Middletown, New York, Hudson Valley Montessori School serves students from Early Childhood through 9th grade and is expanding annually, with plans to offer a complete preschool through 12th-grade Montessori program by 2030. Since opening in 2022, the school has experienced significant growth, established a strong foundation for long-term success, and cultivated an engaged and supportive community of families, all while maintaining a fully implemented Montessori approach.

The qualified candidate will have an AMI, AMS or MACTE Montessori certified teaching credential (or have a projected completion date from a current, ongoing enrollment); experience leading an upper elementary classroom.
