Assistant Teacher (Toddler) in Austin, TX, US

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team, working with our Toddler program (18 months–3 years). Our ideal candidate has experience with ages 0-3 years.

The candidate must have:
A Love for the Child: A genuine interest in the Montessori philosophy and a deep respect for the child’s natural development and independence
A Supportive Presence: Ability to assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a peaceful, orderly, and engaging prepared environment—the heart of the Montessori classroom.
Team Player: Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, collaborative attitude when working with co-workers and parents.

Experience & Qualifications:
Prior experience working with young children (ages 18 months–6 years) is strongly preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required [Minimum educational requirement]
Montessori training/certification (Assistant or beyond) is a significant plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
