Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Certified Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. This role focuses on guiding young learners through critical developmental stages using Montessori principles, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement Montessori teaching strategies to create an engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote students’ holistic growth.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages independence and respect.
• Assess and monitor student development, communicating progress to parents and administrators.
• Build trusting, collaborative relationships with students and families.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with Montessori best practices.

Qualifications
• Montessori certification from a MACTE-accredited institution is required. Certifications from AMI, AMS, or IMC are all welcome and eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Montessori classroom setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Job Details

• Location: Apopka, FL 32703 (relocation before start date required).
