Lead Primary Teacher in Eugene, OR, US
Eugene Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher (3-6 yr. olds) for the 2026-2027 school year.
Established in 1962, our school is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We offer well-equipped classrooms, a supportive Board of Directors, and a dedicated past and present parent community.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a Primary classroom following authentic Montessori principles
-Prepare and maintain a nurturing, orderly and engaging learning environment
-Support each child’s academic, social and emotional development
-Communicate effectively with parents and staff
-Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events
Qualifications:
Montessori teaching certification (AMI, AMS, and MACTE accredited preferred)
Bachelor degree preferred
Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience
