Primary Lead (3-6yrs) in Heath, TX, US

Discovery School is seeking a certified Montessori Primary Lead Teacher (ages 3–6) to join our community this fall.

This is more than a teaching position—it’s an opportunity to guide children academically, physically and spiritually in a Christ-centered Montessori environment.
If you are a Montessori educator who has felt called to integrate your faith more fully into your classroom, this role was created with you in mind.

Position Details:
• Full-time position (beginning Fall 2026)
• Salary: up to $40,000/year
• Includes 5 weeks of summer camp (5hrs per day)
• Located in Heath, TX (inside First Baptist Church of Heath)

Requirements:
• MACTE Accredited Montessori Primary Certification  (ages 3–6)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher
• A heart for both authentic Montessori practice and Christian discipleship
