Individuals must have the ability to lead a classroom where creative, hands-on, and collaborative learning is employed to deliver classroom experience grounded in the latest research. Pre-Primary Montessori Teacher (ages 3-5) – This individual will serve as an integral part of the early childhood team, leading a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 3–5. The qualified candidate will design and maintain a carefully prepared environment that supports independence, concentration, and joyful discovery across practical life, sensorial, language, math, and cultural areas. Using authentic Montessori materials and observation-driven instruction, they will guide each child’s individual progression, foster social-emotional growth within a peaceful classroom community, and partner closely with families to support children’s development at school and at home. Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or related field required. Montessori certification preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant classroom teaching experience. Full-time position, 10 month employee.
