Your Role
We are seeking a Teacher Assistant who is passionate about supporting children within an authentic Montessori environment by assisting the Lead Teacher and helping maintain a calm, respectful classroom.

Core Responsibilities
• Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining an authentic Montessori environment
• Assist with classroom flow and daily routines
• Work hands-on with children throughout the day
• Help prepare and maintain materials and the environment
• Support children’s independence and engagement
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and team to maintain consistency
• Build respectful, professional relationships with children and staff
Qualifications
• Experience working with children preferred
• Interest in or familiarity with Montessori philosophy
• Ability to create a calm, structured, and respectful environment
• Reliable, collaborative, and consistent
• Strong communication skills
