Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional, dedicated, and nurturing educator to join a private family as a long-term homeschool teacher. This role is designed for a professional who is interested in building a stable, multi-year relationship and guiding students through their full K–12 academic journey.

The position begins with the 2026–2027 academic year and is intended to continue long-term as the children progress through their education.

•       One VPK-4 student
•       One Kindergarten student

Schedule
•       Monday through Friday
•       8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
•       Consistent, school-year-based role (not temporary or hourly)

Key Responsibilities
•       Develop and implement a structured, engaging homeschool curriculum
•       Provide instruction across core subjects appropriate to grade level
•       Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
•       Track academic progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
•       Support long-term academic development and educational planning

Bilingual Education Focus

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about helping children achieve fluency in reading and writing in both languages. A long-term vision for bilingual academic development is essential.

Qualifications
•       Active teaching license and certification
•       Bachelor’s degree (required)
•       Ability to pass a background check
•       Montessori certification
•       Strong organizational and communication skills
•       Nurturing, patient, and structured teaching approach

•       Annual salary: $45,000–$80,000
