Open Positions
Primary Co-Lead Guide (Ages 3–6)
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for educators who honor the spiritual development of the child and possess high-level relationship skills. You are a fit if you:
Hold (or are currently pursuing) a MACTE-accredited Montessori credential
Demonstrate warmth, energy, and a love of community
Have strong organizational and time management skills
Are committed to the meticulous preparation of both indoor and outdoor environments
Value professional growth and accept feedback with grace
Requirements & Compliance
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Certification: Montessori credential is exceptional; however, we offer sponsorships for the right candidates.
Compliance: Must pass background checks, satisfy Montana licensing (immunization records), and hold (or obtain within one month) current Adult/Child CPR/First Aid and Montana-required health and safety trainings.
