Responsibilities:
– Lead a Montessori Toddler classroom following authentic Montessori principles.
– Cultivate a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children ages 18 mos. – 3 years.
– Foster independence, curiosity, and social development through hands-on learning experiences.
– Collaborate with fellow staff to support the school’s mission and maintain a strong sense of community.

Qualifications:
– Montessori certification (Toddler level).
– Experience leading a Montessori Toddler classroom preferred
– A deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy and working with young children.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
