Elementary Guide in Bluemont, Virginia, US
Village Montessori School of Bluemont, LLC, Bluemont, VA, is seeking a certified Montessori teacher to join our Elementary program (Grades 1- 6) as a full time co-teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Montessori classroom experience. Willingness to collaborate, be flexible, and contribute to a team environment is also important.
VMS is accredited by the International Montessori Council. We are located in the historic village of Bluemont, Virginia on 8 acres of pastoral land in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have a dynamic outdoor education program, and our mission statement includes continuing to maintain the stable, peaceful community we have developed and grown over the past sixteen years. This is a full-time position from Mid August until Mid June (M-F, approx 7:30 am to 3:30 pm). Salary is commensurate with experience.
