Upper Elementary Lead Teacher in Henderson, Nevada, US

The Upper Elementary Lead Teacher must be able to lead the classroom of students and the teaching team.  The lead is responsible for delegating duties to the co teacher and support teacher and is the key communicator between the teaching team and families.  This teacher will plan lessons and carry out and design curriculum for whole group and small group lessons.  This teacher has the willingness to serve as a mentor teacher and guide for the teaching team.  Classroom management skills are a must.  Four years plus teaching experience is required and Montessori certification is preferred.
