Then Eyas Global Montessori might be the place for you. The school building is custom designed for Montessori, with natural lighting, large windows, and beautiful wood beams. We are located on Lake Hills Blvd, Bellevue. We have two classes with 20 students each. We celebrate cultures and traditions from around the world. Cosmic education is an integral part of our curriculum. The administrators, faculty, and staff work as a team, supporting each other and collaborating with families to create an inclusive and diverse school community.
In this position, you will be using your skills of observation, following the lead of the child to prepare a safe and integrative Montessori classroom environment, preparing materials and activities, managing the upkeep of the classroom, including replenishing and change of materials as well as tidiness, overseeing Assistant Teachers, conducting circles and small group presentations as well as individual lessons, record keeping, generating progress reports, holding parent-teacher conferences, communicating with the administrators/teachers (your team as well as the team in the other class) and parents, developing curriculum for the three-year cycle in collaboration with other teachers, participating in staff meetings, and planning, and participating in school events, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Montessori Early Childhood Teaching Credential from  MACTE accredited institutions or AMS,  AMI, or IMC recognized training center.
Experience leading a Primary classroom and establishing a normalized environment based on kindness, firmness, and respect.
Bachelor’s degree.
Commitment to professional development (minimum of 10 hours per year).
Evidence of emotional maturity and stability.
Technical skills that support recordkeeping and parent communication using Transparent Classroom (willingness to learn).
Has or is willing to complete state requirements including but not limited to DCYF background check, TB test, High school diploma, Childcare basics, First Aid/ CPR, Blood-borne pathogens training, and other licensed employment criteria.

SALARY/BENEFITS:
Salary range is $26-$32 per hour, dependent on education, training, and experience. Additionally, our benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plan, and professional development allowance.
