TRINITY MONTESSORI SCHOOL is committed to truly authentic Montessori education, and by extension, truly authentic Montessori Educators.

•       Many of our Lead Guides are Montessori “Lifers:” our longest serving faculty members have well over 75 years of combined classroom experience.
•       Our Founder/Head of School and Assistant Head of School have led multiple successful Montessori schools during their tenures, and trained and supported a great many teachers over the years. Now, they have joined forces once again to uplift this faculty, thereby making TMS greater than the sum of its parts.
•       Trinity was founded 20 years ago by Melissa Fleck-Aller and her mother Rosemary Fleck, who trace their Montessori lineage through their trainers and mentors, who include Beverley McGhee, Dr. Caspari, Mother Isabelle, Camillo Grazzini, and none other than Mario Montessori.
•       Over the years, we’ve had Montessori luminaries like Jonathan Wolff, Kevin Campbell, and Charles Terranova grace our halls to offer education to our parents and enrichment to our staff.
•       Re-enrollment for 2023-24 is at an all-time high, and we keep growing a bit more every year. Indeed, our alumni are old enough now to enroll their own children, thereby ensuring the next generation of Montessori children.
We are a community of AMS, AMI, and NAMC certified educators who are eager not only to collaborate with other equally passionate Guides, but to also mentor the next generation of genuine Montessori leaders.
In our 20 years of serving families in Charleston, Trinity Montessori School has gained a reputation in the southeast as a place where Montessorians come not just to teach, BUT ALSO TO LEARN.

REQUIREMENTS:
•       AMS, AMI, or MACTE credentials preferred
•       Proficiency in written and spoken English/excellent communications skills
•       Able to pass a SLED and Central Registry background check
•       Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
•       2 – 5 years’ Experience as a Classroom Lead (preferred)
•       Possess a Positive Attitude!
